RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are happy to provide you with a refund or exchange when goods:
• Are returned to us within 10 days of delivery.
• Are returned in original condition – unworn, unwashed with tags attached.
• Please note: no refund or exchange on sale items.
Customers are responsible for shipping of returned items and will be emailed a PayPal money request for the shipping of the exchange.
To ensure availability of you desired exchange item, please email us at [email protected] as we are a small boutique label with limited stock.
CUSTOMS & DUTY CHARGES
International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Imachicnation cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Imachicnation will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees, as this is an illegal practice.
NOTE:
Worldwide Shipping usually takes 7 to 12 days.
Shipping to French Polynesia takes 10 to 15 days.
